Alta Dena ADU & Garage Paving
Not every project calls for a hammer and framing lumber, some are won or lost on the finer details underfoot. At this ADU project, Bayview Construction was brought in for the specialty finish work that ties a space together: a seamless decorative concrete floor for the gym and garage, fully tiled bathrooms and laundry room, and a waterproofed, tiled staircase built to hold up to daily use. Each surface went through a multi-step process grinding, priming, sealing, and finishing to get a durable, polished result built for the long run.

Scope of Work
Resurfaced and sealed the concrete floors throughout, giving them a smooth, durable, low-maintenance finish
Installed a custom polished concrete floor for the garage, and finished in a blended grey-and-white tone with a high-gloss seal
Fully tiled bathroom — patterned floor tile, wall tile, a tiled shower with a built-in shampoo niche, and matching tile around the window
Tiled laundry room floor with waterproofing underneath
Fully waterproofed and tiled staircase, built to hold up to daily foot traffic
