Founded by Uli, a German-born craftsman and engineer, Bayview Construction brings over 30 years of experience to the Los Angeles area. Uli began his career at 14 as a masonry apprentice and later worked on major civil projects before settling in Santa Monica in 1980—where his passion for building and community took root.

Blending European craftsmanship with California creativity, Bayview Construction delivers high-quality, start-to-finish projects across multiple trades. We’re known for our precision, integrity, and commitment to making every project a positive, stress-free experience.
