Some projects aren't about building from the ground up, they're about bringing a home back to its original condition after other work has run its course. At this Beverly Crest residence, Bayview Construction stepped in to manage the final stretch of a major renovation: overseeing subcontractors on site five days a week, repairing drywall after electrical work throughout the house and pool equipment room, and restoring the home's stone and marble surfaces to a like-new finish. From polishing white Tazzos countertops to protecting freshly refinished floors and the parking deck through the rest of construction, the work was as much about precision and care as it was about craftsmanship.

Scope of Work
On-site supervision of subcontractors, scheduling, inspection, and daily job site management over 12 weeks
Drywall repair throughout the house and pool equipment room following electrical work
Full tile and grout restoration across floors, bathrooms, showers, columns, fireplaces, walls, and kitchens — chemical cleaning, grout replacement, epoxy chip repair, and sealing
Marble countertop restoration in all bathrooms — sanding, stain and scratch removal, and high-gloss polish
Fireplace mesh screen replacement in the family room, matched to the original
Heavy-duty floor protection installed over 10,300 SF of refinished stone and hardwood flooring
Plywood and commercial mat protection system installed over the ~3,200 SF parking deck
